Update Your Requests Online
You can check the status of your service requests or "ticket" by using our online system via this customer support portal, or you can also send us an E-mail (ac-support@autocipher.com). Both ways will allow you to respond, view and update your ticket.
Change Your Portal Password
Your can use this link to change your portal password. Just click on the tab titled "Personal Info" and login. You can also update your personal information.
